Why stop with a Forum encyclopedia? Make it a Space Empires Encylclopedia. A complete referance with everything to newbie help and game strategy tips, to explanations of the stuff that goes on in the forum on a regular basis.
My suggestion for a name would be the
Encyclopedia Malfadorica.
