I'm guessing the B5Mod is a valid mod. Has been referred to as such for almost a year now. You can be the judge

Hi Val
I think I may have been misunderstood.
I am a newbie and know next to nothing about mods
If you say it is a valid mod, then it is a valid mod and I accept your word for it. If it isn't, I think you will find a bunch of guys jumping all over you. And then we will have an issue.
So, the only thing I am waiting from you is your discription of the mod in the format such as:
FQM = Fyron's Quadrant Mod
Another point, mods do not have to wait until the acronym becomes common partly because they are put into the fun stuff and partly because they are separate from the main database of acronyms.
Also, if the creator of the mod does not like the current acronym in use for it, I see no problem in the mod's creator asking for a new acronym which he would like to be used. Of course, if the old one is in the database of acronyms, the old one will have to be deleted. Some guys may jump all over me on this, but it seems to me, the creator of a mod should have a major input on the acronym which he wishes to be used.
About GG, see my explanation in the Poll. What is decided in the poll will determine how we treat acronyms such as GG. But whatever is decided, at a bare minimum, if it is in common use, it should be included!"
Edit: I only have one suggestion about acronyms...and that is try to keep it short, sweet and simple. An acronym like XEVTJJR is less likely to be remembered and used than say, XEV.
