I knew. But then I have a degree in Chemistry, which would be an unfair advantage here. It's where the Hg symbol comes from. Hydrargyrum. It literally means water-silver. (Hydros, water; argentum/argyrum, silver.)
However, given that Quicksilver is singular, it should just be Hydrargyra, not Hydrargyrorum. '-orum' is the plural genitive.
