My own mod "Exodus", still in the early stages of work, will have just that. For an "Organic Manipulation Paradigm" race, the hulls will be organic, the control components will be organic, just about EVERYthing will be organic. Frankly, aside from possible ruins tech, there won't be many ways in which an Organic Tech player COULD include non-organic components on ships, bases, units, or whatever.
