Atrocities
Now that is, "Atrocious". She does not have that company.
We live 2 blocks from where it was parked. We are in an area of "Brown Stones". Picture a long street with 3 to 5 story appts. build from brick. A one way street wide enough to permit parking on either side and safely drive up the middle with 3 to 4 feet on either side of you.
Either this guy was DUI or he did it for kicks.
