Weird, I always crank event frequency to the maximum and still they hardly ever happen... sure, an occasional warp point will close or a meteor will strike, and once in a blue moon a planet or star will blow up... maybe I'm used to MOO2 where events happened almost every other turn, I guess... damn hacker took over my keyboard and is inserting "the" and "but" into random places on Internet Explorer, I'll see if switching to Mozilla will help...
