No, that only changes the password that's registred at the site,
But if the one who will change the emp files is a op at the PBW site he can propably find my password there.

That's what I was wondering, how will you change the empire description when the empire file is password protected?
I can upload a emp file without a password if that's needed, I just want to know what to do.
I have no problems myself with the empire file.
