Ruatha, sorry for the confusion. You are completely correct, and so is everybody else. They just didn't answer the right question.

I as a PBW admin have access to the password that you told PBW you were using for your empire file. As long as this is actually the password you used I can open your empire file and edit the empire description. If the two do not match I cannot open the empire file as you uploaded it.
