So I was tweaking my empire for my upcoming game against Tesco. I started with the empire from my Last game agaisnt Stonemill. And i realized that in that game I didn't use all the racial points. I had a 0 racial point empire going against a Stonemill's 2000 point empire. DOH! I am such an idiot.
