I've been trying different things this game. I got plenty of other tech to make up for not having sweepers 1. You've got to test things every now and then. I thought I'd take a gamble and not go for a high level of mines since I got enough sweepers with this tech to sweep over 100 mines so why use the research points on it?
But still, it's typically not me to not go for high mines.
