What's different about this roleplay site?

Several things are. First, we are not restricting the roleplay to SE as a game, even though we are basing it on it. That means that if engines are shot down, SDD wont work and such RP details.
Second we are making a completely new universe, meaning to "ancient empire with 100000 ships and billion colonized systems" will be in the game - yes, that gives background, but a fresh start is good.
Third we also will be having a different roleplay game, based in the world of Hyboria - that is the world of Conan the Destroyer - that will be a free-form fantasy roleplaying game.

In addition to that we are concentrating very heavily on realism. Covert actions happen without your knowledge (we have a number of very private forums and non-player Moderators strictly for this purpose) and RP actions are rarely undone.

Yes we have the Hyborian Adventure roleplay forums also. You play your own character that you develop using a set of guidlines. You can RP on your own or take part in whatever open RP is taking place (there will always be at least one). Hyboria is a thriving place with great potential for RPs that would boggle the mind. Even Conan himself is bound to make a few appearences here and there. I have not yet seen anyone else using this idea, BTW.
