Random Magic Picks Modificators ?

Hello,

It seems that there are some modificators that make random magic picks not totally random

.

For example, with Atlantis mages, the two random picks are of the same magic type. Are there any others ?

For my last game, I'm playing Pangaea and I've got a lot of pans with a blood pick, but noone with a nature pick (to have N4 ). Are there modificators for that or am I specially unlucky ?
