Two questions

I apologize if the answers are somewhere but I tried to find them in the manual and did a search (although I admit to being somewhat google challenged) and didn't find them anywhere.

1. In a single player battle, how can I choose the number of turns?

2. How can I reset zoom levels. For example, if one zoom is too small and the next level is too big, how would I change a level to make it larger or smaller?
