how to upload files

I've noticed that many people who have mods or other tools have links to them on www.sharpnelgames.com. So how do you upload a file? So far I've looked and failed to find a way.

Post a reply to one of the threads (such as Space Empires: IV Data/Sound/Graphic) in the upload forum, and you will see a link to an upload form in the reply window.

Click that, and you can upload stuff.

Thanks. Man I stared at that page a long time before I found the link. I though I was losing it.
