It looks great but did you just take the federation set and make it look militaristic, alot of the ships look like a retextured version of some of the fed ships, but in any case it looks great

All new ships. Only recycled the bases, troops, mine, fighters, satellite, and weapon platforms.

Oh and yeah those "Terran Empire" ships are evil versions of the Federation Starfleet so it's okay that they loosely resemble starfleet ships.
