I think I'm the one Geo is talking about. I still haven't got mine despite assurances from the Shapnel help desk about a month ago.
This is not now, nor has it ever been, about the money. It is a test. Most rebates take forever. I wanted to see if Shrapnel was any different. Apparently they are not.
I believe I could, working alone, process about 100 rebates a day. That's about 1 every 5 minutes. If they have 10000 requests, that would take me about 100 working days. Sorry, but the standard excuse, "we were overwhelmed by the response" just doesn't wash.
I seem to have a knack for getting myself into jams today. Not trying to offend ANYONE! Just pointing out a common, yet loathsome business practice that sadly, even Shrapnel
seems to Subscribe to. If I am mistaken and my rebate has once again slipped through the cracks, I profoundly apologize.
