Have you tried the SE IV Companion 0.82?
Ok, This poll is about Version 0.82 not the previous ones.
So disregard earlier experiances
(I don't get very many registrations so I try this for feedback, if you have any comments please post in this or the Companion release thread.)

It will curl your toes and erase your short term memory. (well, I'm pretty sure that's what it did for me, but I can't seem to remember exactly.)
Cheers!

It's basicly a combined modlauncher and PBW scanner, it will downbload new turns for you automaticly, you can set it to scan the PBW server for example every hour.
And then it gots some extra features aswell.

Saying the companion has "some" extra features is like saying Atrocities has released "some" shipsets, or that it's "quite a long way" to Proxima Centauri.

Re: Have you tried the SE IV Companion 0.82?
The Companion is looking very good. I managed to log into the #se4 chatroom after my first failed attempt. (People, if you have a 'registered' gamesurge irc account name, use a different name to log in through the Companion. It will just give you an error due to the name allready being used/reserved. Other than that, logging in was surprisingly simple. And if I can do it anyone can.)
Keep up the fantastic work Ruatha, Cheers!
