1. I want to make a "screen", which would be a shield that works like a screen door. Instead of blocking 100% of the incoming damage until all the shields are gone, it would block x% (increasing with each level) of EVERY shot that hit the ship, until the generator is hit and destroyed. Is there any way to do this?
Example: CA 01 has a EM Screen I that blocks 50% of incoming damage. It gets hit by an APB (20 damage), a Meson BLaster (15), and a CSM I (60).
Result:
-APB damage reduced by 50% to 10. Ten damage allocated to random component (or armor, if it has any).
-Meson damage reduced by 50% to 7 (round down). Seven damage allocated to random component.
-CSM damage reduced to 30, allocated to random component.
I'd also like to make screens and regular shields mutually exclusive.
2. Can you make weapons that fire more than once per turn?
I'd also like to point out that using the "Seeker" images/icons for direct fire weapons isn't a good idea (you can't see them, I think).
