Default Do Luck/Misfortune scales work properly ?

That's strange : I'm playing a game with Mis2 scale, and in 30 turns I had NO bad events, 3 GOOD ones and a hero came up turn 12 or so..
Then I ran a couple test game with Luck 3 (Hit "Host" for 20 turns), and each time I had at least 2 BAD events, and 2-3 good ones ...
I know these tests aren't statiscally significant at all but it's disturbing, it's like the scales didn't matter at all, or worse they work in reverse !
In the end I don't think the Luck scale is worth the points, and Misfortune 3 is a no brainer (or maybe -2 to have some chances for hero ).

I think everyone just kindof waved me off but I was serious about playing with a god that gave ALL blessings (well all lvl 4 and one or two lvl 9). To get that you have to take -3 on all scales with almost no castle.

I expected to have to play with really low dominion and plan on pretty much abandoning the home province before turn 10 (when the really bad stuff kicks in) but it turned out to be surprisingly playable with not nearly as bad effects as I expected. Even with -3 magic my god had 42 or 43 research which allowed a nice boost toward certain spells I thought would help aleviate the other effects.

I expected to have to tweak it to just the blessings most helpful in order to buy back some of the scales. But all in all it turned out much more playable than I expected.

Sunray made some intensive tests on scales, and the conclusion were that you would gain between 1/10 events (order +3) to 2 events (order -3) on average.
The repartition was in accordance with what the devs said, which was 50% chance of having a good event, +-10% for each luck scale.

Aside that, there is a bug with scales resetting on first turn (I just got it with a Mictlan test bed).

Also strangely, you can loose an heat scale even in summer, and without any event or exterior interference.
