Battle Replay Bugs + CBM

Well, since I reinstalled dom3 I get those wrong battle replays quite frequently.
Now I know that there was an issue with CBM and llamaserver.
Does this apply to CBM 1.41? If yes where can I get the correct version (since llamaserver links it to cbm 1.3)?
