A Couple of Questions

My computer broke down a few years ago, so I have two burning questions, as I can't play test it now and figure it out myself: 1. Will the map generator build trenches or do they have to be edited in? 2. I know the computer will buy barbed wire and mines when playing an Assault, but will it buy trenches? Thanks.

Neither the map generator nor the computer opponent will build trenches.
