Bleedin' Questions

- If I have a stealthy blood-letter, can I sneak into an enemy province and ravish his women instead of mine?
- As I understand it, basically I need to patrol to counteract the unrest being generated in my unworthy subjects. In general terms, what sort of patrolling force am I looking for to counteract? (I happen to be MA Vanheim, but I sort of meant in general, e.g. is 20 foot soldiers enough?) Needs to be cost-effective. [Please don't redirect me to a Baalz guide.]
- When I patrol down unrest, my population shrinks. I have understood the discussion from another thread that financially this gives shortterm bonus at longterm cost. But I have to do for blood-letting, right?
