Using Ministers

Reading Messages from alot of SE IV players about using Ministers: I just wonder, how many of you guys actually use this possibility? I don't, because I want to manage as much as possible myself and don't want to leave almost nothing under AI control.

Makes the games so much more interesting, in my view. But appreciate other thougts
