Combat Sensors On Units?

1. If one Weapons Platform on a planet has a Combat Sensors component, do all the Weapons Platforms on the planet get a to hit bonus?

2. If one Satellite in a stack of Satellites has a Combat Sensors component, do all the Satellites in the stack get a to hit bonus?

3. If one Fighter in a squadron of Fighters has a Combat Sensors component, do all the Fighters in the squadron get a to hit bonus?
