Anyone know who made the Battlestar mod?

Dang... I just got around to playing it and it's pretty nice in many ways but still needs much work. The firing points for the Attackstars are way out of place for example. Someone needs to edit the .X files and put them closer to where the actual hull of the ship is. There is a typo in the config files that prevents Cylon fighters from having weapons, too. A rather glaring mistake.

But being able to fly a Battlestar is just great fun.
