Devourer of Souls with +10 fear keeps retreating!

My devourer of souls keeps on retreating in almost every battle I have. It will retreat even faster if it's fighting an SC with fear. Last battle it retreated in less than 30 battle turns.

Devourer of Souls has 22 morale. Lets make it 30, plz! Anyone agrees? Come on guys, it has +10 FEAR!!! IT'S A SCAREDY CAT RIGHT NOW!
