Some stuff I didn\'t find on the modding wishlist

Perhaps they have been mentioned earlier and it was decided they couldnt be done?

In particular,
- Renaming, modding, adding, and deleting mercenary units
- Likewise, creating and deleting random events

Thanks in advance all, sorry if Im bringing up something thats already been discussed.
