I don't believe there is.
One way to make a message be sent more is to input it more often in the .txt file.

Yep, 'General' Messages are just that, random junk. So I've just modded the Messages to be irrelevant to the game situation. "Beware of Geeks bearing .GIFs!" and "Artificial Intelligence is no match for Natural Stupidity." and things like that...

Ever played the zedron empire? i did today and one of the random Messages is "beware Rabid Drunken Space Monkeys, they were Last seen heading in your Direction. Watch out! They Fling Poo!!!" This is no joke and it was in my Version of the download, have a look and make sure i'm not hallucinating!  |
