I thought Empire Deluxe, Civ, SE III, and SE4 were evil plots written jealous people who wanted to destroy our mariages and evil empires wanted to destroy our productivty.

Empire and Empire Deluxe were the bomb back in the day. Then it all went to hell with Empire II. Anyway, back to conquering homeworlds in my Proportions game...

i found 2 empire deluxe websites, but they didn't have any downloads and i don't think they had an about, so what is it?

Empire Deluxe is a turn-based wargame that came out in 1993. To get it goto:

Yeh, it was one of my Favorites. 
Compared to SE4, it seems very simplistic now.
