Hmm, and do the sector contents sometimes move together, so that as time goes one, things tend to accumulate into fewer and fewer sectors, assuming no new sectors have stuff added to them?

P.S. Ooo, I wonder if this is a way to get more than the mine limit in one sector... hmmm...
