Where can I make a star?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but neither the red dwarf nor the planet core should interfere with the creation of the new star or the RW/SW around it.
AFAIK steps 2, 3 and 4 are only for the cosmetic change of background and not necessary for your stellar manipulation.

Correct. Any time you have a sector star you can make a RW or sphere world out of it.

(sector star means one that occupies ONE sector and can be clicked on- all others are merely background pictures)

Hey! News flash!! Taz just had an Idea/Question!...

Now I know that you CANNOT build a star in a system that has one.
And I know that after building a Ring or Sphereworld, the old star is replaced by the world.
SO - If I do build one, CAN I now build ANOTHER star since the system NOW has no star?

(Hurry! - Taz now having dreams of creating a 100+ sphereworld system... )

Couldn't you make this in the map editor? (Assuming that you don't go insane from adding 25500 sphere worlds.)
