Yes because they should be under control of your side. That idea is a very funny. In the casualities scren should be too a table deads enemy solider like today and captured enemy soliders.

Then what about rummaging the battlefield for wounded/uncounscious soldiers? After all 'casualty' doesn't mean 'dead', so anytime a squad loses someone there should be a dice roll to check wether the guys is alive or not, then if he can be recaputred or anything, or even stand back up and fight, or rejoin his squad...
Wow, now that gets complicated!

And how about rearming your own POWs once you free them? Got spare weapons specially stacked for this case?

what about adding at the end game screen more details. ie:
INFANTRY
200 casualties
100 wounded
80 kia
10 captured
10 mia

That should be super for players of course not for computer procesor this all dependicies solider for example is wounded than capture by enemy than recaptured and for the end is taken by armored ambulance on the edge of the map. Proposition for new unit class.

Yes you have right that should be a problem for game engine. This POW now don't have his previous wapon after your recaptured. Meayby the should be armed like today a crew pistol and a few granades.
