 What do other dragons think of a law protecting the provinces adjacent to their capitol? This may give some dragons room to stretch their wings, in a way. This law should not be retroactive, but will protect adjacent independent provinces that are not taken yet, or are lost to the rampaging barbarians from being taken by an opportunistic wyrm. Shall I draw up the document, or are we uninterested in such a proposal?
