Re: so I got my copy of Dom3 today, everything loo
Yep, just copy the maps folder over even.
It's painful waiting on my copy. I live two states away and yet my copy that shipped on Friday didn't arrive today. I kept asking the mailroom, "Are you SURE I don't have a package?"
I'm pretty sure they hate me.

What if some mailman who's a Dominions_2 fan found your package and had the package accidently lost during his route.

Like ... Elf Porn! ( Anyone else remember a published story with a stoned elf wandering around a dragon's lair with a dog eared copy of Play Elf? )

Considering all the naked pretenders in the game it sure has a reason to come in a discreet brown wrapper...

Re: so I got my copy of Dom3 today, everything loo
I was walking home in the rain when I saw a soggy FedEx envelope sitting in the gutter. After making my way upstairs, accidentally letting the landlord's dog escape, I opened it, revealing a nicely spiral-bound manual about twice the thickness I expected. Thanks for the shrink-wrap job! I promptly began a game on the tutorial map and got trounced by Ermor (non-death theme version, no less!)
It sucks being at work right now.
