I dont usually "run" games. I just make them available on my server. So if someone wants to spear head this one, go for it. Its there. I might not poke my head in here much so someone take lead. Round up players, iron out conflicts, decide when to start it, contact me if something goes wrong.

ooops it looks like I did cap it at 10 players so hurry and get your nations. Later on I might setup a webdir for it and have the scoreboard and stats file go there automatically.
