Correct about Simultaneous Movement, but there's no need to set No Tactical Combat - that setting is ignored in simul and treated as on no matter what.

The connection type should be Manual File Moving.

Also, there's no need to set up your own webserver, Play By Web is already set up to host such games very well and is free.
