I must being missing something. Why do everyone's sprites have a magenta shadow?

The game recognizes Magenta as the shadow color. In game the Magenta is actually semitransparent black

Is there a way to rotate an object without it blurring? IE I want to use a warlord ax, but I need to rotate it.

It only works in 90 degree angles. Spears are easy to redraw, as are swords, but axes are a bit more difficult. I suggest checking out other units with axes (battleaxes? Ea Agartha commanders, MA Ermor lictors, Ulmish and Abysian units).

lol As if werwolves needed to be deadlier.

Good job. Though the pic is small, you can't tell by looking that the axes are hand drawn and not ingame graphics. Well, to me atleast.
