HI guys. This is the third simultaneous PBEM game that a player has run into the disappearing design problem. Three games three different players. We thought it could be a Vista problem since the first two players were running Vista. The third player experiencing this now is not running Vista. So that can’t be it. It was suggested that it might have something to do with design names. No one now is using the Design Name List when creating their empires; everyone is making up their own design names. So don’t think that could be it. Sent games files to Aaron, but nothing concrete back yet. That was July 10th. Would very much like to hear from anyone if they have run into this and know what is causing it and a fix if they know of one. Manny thanks.

are you creating the design, then saving the game, then doing more orders, then ending the turn and sending it in?
sometimes this causes some design name issues (though usually a double up rather than a disappearance)

All three players have told me they have not saved the game manually. They do the complete turn and hit the End Turn button. Once this happens the first time, new designs or up grades of old designs never works. A real game stopper.
