The Holy Marignon Empire regrets to inform the unenlightened barbarians (everyone currently not claiming to be a Marignon Citizen) that they are as of yet unable to bask in the divine presence of The One True Goddess (She's still doing her hair), however her right hand man, Urbuthre, has released the following statement with regards to the Land/Water Ownership issue:
