It's usually possible to find someone to roll the random nations for a game like this. The Dom community is pretty helpful like that after all

It's not a job that takes that long normally, and here there's no need to PM players their choices either (which would take some time), so it should be a very straightforward task.

I wouldn't worry about who is going to roll the nations. QM is a regular on the IRC, so I'm pretty certain he'll just bug someone on there until they agree to do it
