All the previous incremental patches are obsoleted by being rolled up into the one consolidation patch. That's why they are no longer available for download.

One observation on installation: the DL version (1.1) of the game itself is set to install in the programs folder of C-drive, while the consolidated patch is only directed to C-drive (outside the programs folder).

Digitally challenged as I am, it took awhile to realize that you have to direct them to the same folder . Anyway all's well that ends well, and everything's fine now. Cheerio!
