YAY!!! Ice cream. I scream you scream we all scream for ICE CREAM!! Woohoo!
I actually wasn't planning on attacking him, but someone else convinced me to do it.. Although I had still given him a way out of it if he answered my PM's. All I really wanted was my (no longer existent teammate's) pocket of the Map back after all..

Llamaserver has not updated for few hours now, so I will postpone it by 12h, just in case.

Weird things are going on. I've had 3 games host in the last 2 hours, and 2 of them had errors and gave the entire game the dreaded Stale Turn.

Re: Preponderance - Big Team Game! [starting!]
I just noticed from the llamaserver stats page that it appears no-one has taken over Agartha since Chris bailed, Agartha staled last month. Can Chris's teammate play the position? It's unfair for Sauromarignon to rampage through the Agarthan provinces unopposed. Agartha should have plenty of gold since they've been taxing their countryside at 200%. :P
Edit: LA Mictlan is Agartha's teammate, and they staled last month too.

Well, Agartha is played by his teammate. But chris just abandoned it, without giving him time to find a sub. And it's hard to play 2 nations properly.

Zeldor, you are the person that sets the time of the game.
I notified several people that I would probably be dropping, including my partner, 4 days in advance of when I did. Two days in advance of the turn, I posted here that I was dropping. You and I created posts in the sub forum, and you asked me to give email kheldron asking him for his email address. I did so; and he responded to you.
At that point, it becomes your responsibility to deal with player drops, and how to proceed. Blaming it on me 'chris just abandoned it' - is not factual or fair. There was MORE than adequate time to decide to postpone the turn or make other arrangements.

But Chris, it doesn't change the fact that you were the one to just abandon the game, like you did World in Crisis, and more recently Madness. You've started new games so it's not that something came up IRL and you're too busy.

Re: Preponderance - Big Team Game! [starting!]
Vfb, I dont' want to continue this discussion on thread.
I didn't enjoy your razzing, I didn't enjoy being ganged up 4:1. The position was lost, even with my best efforts I could have lasted *maybe* 6 turns if you guys put your mind to it.
If you want to continue the discussion, we can take it off line.

Re: Preponderance - Big Team Game! [starting!]
Hey guys,
Sorry for the stales but as stated, I'm supposed to be in charge of both nations. I was out for the week-end and asked a friend to play them out as best he could...and he couldn't
Simply said I lack time and heart to continue now. It could have been different if we had found a sub but we didn't.
I'll set them AI as it's best for everybody imo.
Have fun.

We're rapidly running out of people who will stand up to Midgard and keep them from growing to double the size of anyone else.
