SE4 Upcoming CD

I hope this isn't too dumb of a question, but what is the upcoming CD I read about here? Is it a CD of Mods, ship sets, etc? I tried a search, but didn't have any luck. Thanks!

I believe it is the next cd burn for SE4. Which means the next batch of cds that will be sold. Along with having the latest Version of the game on it, it will also include many player created mods and races. At least thats what i understand it to be. If its something different i'm sure i'll be corrected
