This is very embarrasing but how do you consume food? I've tried left clicking, right clicking but can't figure it out.

I've just downloaded the demo but there's nothing which shows the various controls. I've sussed some of them out except eating food.

In the equipment window (top left of the main screen) beside the place where you place helms is a place to place food. I believe it has a faint pic of a chicken leg and bread. just drag and drop any food item there and your player will consume it. same for potions! (although there are two quick use buttons for the potions!)
