Click reduction requests

Would there be anyway to implement either/both of these:

1) In the message screen, a next/previous arrow when you've opened one message. Therefore instead of open message, exit, find message, open message it'd just be open message, next. Would save a bit of difficulty when I have 10+ battles going on and I'm trying to remember which ones I've already read / watched, not to mention reduced clicking is always good.

2) in the F1 province summary you can click on taxes or pd and then adjust them in popup window and exit, it'd be nice if once you hover the mouse on the number you could adjust with arrows without popping up new windows; I suspect this might be harder to implement but I'm just guessing.

I'll settle for #1. Actually, I'll settle for neither, but I'd really like #1!

Instead of your #1, I might suggest that after you read a message, the message label shows up in a grey color rather than a black color. Or perhaps include an icon that indicates whether or not the message has been read.
