Two fraternity brothers say they were humiliated in the movie.
Santa Monica, CA -- Two fraternity brothers aren't laughing about their roles in the "Borat" movie.
They're suing, claiming they were duped into appearing in the spoof documentary.

The guys allege they were liquored-up by a production crew, which led them to make racist and sexist comments that they otherwise wouldn't have made. They say they were told that they were participating in a documentary that would be shown outside the United States.[/b]
"Borat" follows the adventures of comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's Kazakh journalist character as he travels across the United States and mocks Americans.
The plaintiffs were identified in the movie as fraternity members from a South Carolina university. They say they've been ridiculed and humiliated by their appearance in the film.
The suit names 20th Century Fox and three production companies as defendants. A spokesman for the studio says the lawsuit has no merit.

Any one dumb enough to think that this dude is real deserves to be taken advantage of. This kind of "comedy" isn't new and sure as hell isn't all that funny.
As to two dudes suing over their comments in the movie, well like they say, a dunk mans comments are a sober mans thoughts. NEVER take any one with a camera at their word!
