Oh, that's true! For some reason he appeared in Iron Range (98), not Resting Heights (124).

Oh, you did. "Suddenly Rhuax the King of Magma was teleported to Resting Heights (124)" on turn 156. But if you click on "Go to commander" you'll be directed to Iron Range (98) instead.
