Frozen heart question

Sorry for question, have no time for test game.
Does frozen heart do pure cold damage and is compeletely countered by cold resist? And the same question about numbness.

Yes, it's countered by CR. Not sure about numbness, but probably?

Manual describes the Frozen effect, given by Numbness. I don't remember the exact page value, but IIRC it's described on the same section with other combat effects: chill and heat auras, cold/fire/poison damage etc etc.
