Re: PBW status
Got ahold of Admiral. The email functions should now be working. The DNS should be updated in a few hours. If all goes well I'll turn auto processing back on in a couple days.

Re: PBW status
Seems to be acting up again - the main page is just fine, but once you go into text or graphic modes it can't find anything...

Seems to be down again.
Is there a NEW link to the site, maybe one I don't know about?

Re: PBW status
It seems that the turn scheduler hasn't been adjusted for the earlier daylight savings. I've notice that games that just ran and won't run again until after Sunday had an hour added to their "Next turn" time. Daylight savings used to start on the first Sunday in April.

Re: PBW status
Hmm, that's a wierd one. I was not aware the code was doing any manipulation of the scheduled run time for daylight savings time, but I guess it makes sense. It might be in Java actually not in the PBW code Admiral wrote. I updated the time on the server but didn't update Java. My guess is once we are passed the date when daylight savings normally runs it will correct itself.

Re: PBW status
Yes, it was actually only down for a couple minutes the other day at 5:30 am when you noticed the problem. The modem script we have on the server senses those outages and resets the modem. If you ever have trouble getting to the server, give it about five minutes and try again. Most of the time it will be back up by then. If not there is some other problem that I will have to handle directly.
