Re: Byleswar (GAME IN PROGRESS)
Grr, somehow I managed to stale this turn despite being certain I sent my turn in. Luckily I didn't get whacked because of it... thanks caelum.

Re: Byleswar (GAME IN PROGRESS)
Okay, THIS turn is what the last turn should have looked like.
Lady Izanami's power over the land of the living is waxing. Soon it shall reach its apex, and Caelum's warriors will fall stricken from the skies, her people slaughtered, her lands made destitute. All will be brought to the halls of Yomi where Izanami rules supreme. Yomi's great warriors will reach out to every corner of Caelum's great empire and at long last, her folly for attacking Yomi so many years ago will be realized.

Re: Byleswar (GAME IN PROGRESS)
Yeah, things are getting funky!
The Lizard riders decided to go on a permanent vacation leaving only scattered remnants of their once proud empire.
Giants have herded up some few remaining Hydra as it turns out their feces makes a wonderful aphrodisiac.
In other news, I am going to put the game on extended hiatus soon, so take the time to reflect on strategies or something

Caelum shall cleanse Izanami's filth from it's lands, and impale that ***** upon the giants stone Monolith!

Re: Byleswar (GAME IN PROGRESS)
Well, I'll admit that turn didn't quite go as well as I had hoped. I always figured you had death squads out there somewhere waiting for me to make a move, and now I finally found one I wasn't QUITE expecting an air queen and 3 eagle king SCs with artifacts, and I was a bit disappointed my dai oni went down so fast, but what can you do.
Don't worry though, I have some ideas yet on how to take them

Re: Byleswar (GAME IN PROGRESS)
Unfortunately I'm pretty much forced to agree. It's obvious that my gaining any ground on you is a long time in coming, and it's frankly ridiculous how long we've been at war over just one tiny province preventing me from spilling out into your vast, vast empire to cause havoc and mayhem. It's just not fair I tell you.
